Rusty attended high school at Danville Community High School. He went on to graduate from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington. Rusty enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli Dillon, and two girls, Malloy and Charlotte. In his spare time, you can find him coaching Danville Middle School Football and attending church at Mary Queen of Peace.
