Eric has lived in Hendricks County for over 20 years. Eric attended IUPUI and received a degree in Marketing in 2006. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Eric had been an entrepreneur his entire life. He started an online sales business with his own website/eBay/Amazon in 2000 when he was 16 years old in High School. The business grew tremendously with nearly 500 different products to manage/ship and millions of dollars in sales over the years. In 2011 Eric acquired my first rental property to start investing in Real Estate. He spent a lot of time studying the ins and out’s of investing over several years, and in 2016 he purchased my first “flip house” and he was hooked. Since then Eric has rehabbed many homes in Hendricks, Marion, and Putnam Counties. Recently, Eric sold off his online business in 2017 to focus on it full-time. Naturally, the next move was to acquire his Real Estate license in order to help others and complement my existing investment business.  

Eric has experience in Representing Buyers and Sellers, Investment, Property Management, Rentals, Foreclosures, Commercial Leasing, Sheriff Sales, Tax Sales, and Rehabbing Ugly Houses.
